1. General information only

The content of this website is provided by Rabbit Cloud, Inc. for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, technical, legal, financial or other advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk. Services are provided only under a written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms, and nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Descriptions of services, solutions, delivery approaches, timelines, metrics and outcomes on this website are indicative. Actual results depend on the client's environment, data, requirements and participation, and on factors outside our control. Past performance in one engagement does not guarantee similar results in another. Indicative durations such as "four weeks" describe typical engagements and are confirmed in each statement of work.

3. Case studies

Case studies on this website are presented in three categories, each labelled on the page. Client engagement describes work delivered by Rabbit Cloud for the named client, published with that client's consent. Client engagement, anonymised describes work delivered by Rabbit Cloud where the client's identity is withheld under a confidentiality agreement and identifying detail has been generalised. Representative describes Rabbit Cloud's standard delivery pattern for a workload type using illustrative figures and is not drawn from a single named client. Metrics shown on representative case studies are illustrative and should not be read as results achieved for a specific client.
