Our story
Our background
Rabbit Cloud was established by infrastructure and automation engineers with a focus on delivery pipelines, reproducible environments and production operations. That foundation led to progressively deeper work on AWS across migration, data platforms and, in recent years, applied AI and machine learning.
The structure of the team has remained consistent: senior engineers organised into small accountable teams, delivering working systems in defined stages. Assessments and proofs of concept are used to establish feasibility early, before clients commit to production investment.
Rabbit Cloud serves clients in healthcare, financial services, payments, software, logistics and public infrastructure across the United States, India, the Gulf region and Europe. A substantial proportion of this work qualifies for AWS partner programme investment, and programme enablement is delivered as a standard component of engagements.

Objective scoping
Where a proposed initiative does not warrant building, we advise accordingly. Recommendations are made on merit, not on engagement size.
Measured outcomes
SLOs, DORA metrics, evaluation scores and unit costs are baselined at the start of each engagement. Reported improvements are measured against that baseline.

Working with Rabbit Cloud
Engagements typically begin with a discovery workshop or a fixed-scope assessment. Most clients then undertake a four-week proof of concept before committing to a production build. Managed operations follow once the platform is in service.
Rabbit Cloud works within the client's tooling, repositories and review standards. All deliverables are documented and handed over for client ownership.
